Starting as a compliance sales agent in US Compliance Services, Tavious quickly became known for his ability to solve problems for carriers instead of simply selling services. His aggressive work ethic, deep understanding of FMCSA compliance, and customer-first approach helped him rise through the ranks faster than most professionals in the industry.

Within just six months, Tavious advanced from sales agent to Sales Manager, where he led high-performing teams and developed systems focused on customer retention, operational efficiency, and long-term client success. His leadership eventually earned him the role of Director of Operations, helping oversee sales performance, compliance workflow management, administrative structure, and team development inside one of the nation’s leading compliance organizations.

Known for producing record-breaking sales numbers and industry-leading customer retention, Tavious became recognized for building systems that not only generated revenue — but created lasting trust with transportation companies across the United States.

After years of helping scale operations at US Compliance Services, Tavious branched out and co-founded Express Compliance LLC in Boise, Idaho. There, he continued developing advanced compliance systems, sales structures, operational processes, and client support strategies designed to help carriers navigate the increasingly complex transportation industry.

Today, Tavious is focused on building the next evolution of transportation support services through Sun Peak Logistics LLC, where he is actively developing scalable administrative systems, sales force infrastructure, operational management processes, and leadership implementation strategies designed to allow the company to operate efficiently and independently at scale.
