Refund Policy
TRUCKERS DYNASTY REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: May 13, 2026
Welcome to TruckersDynasty.org. By purchasing any course, consulting service, coaching package, digital product, or onsite training program through our website, you agree to the following refund terms.
1. DIGITAL COURSES / ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAMS
(NON-REFUNDABLE)
All digital course purchases are final sale.
Due to the instant access provided to proprietary training materials, downloadable resources, templates, videos, business strategies, operational systems, and intellectual property:
- all course purchases are non-refundable
- no refunds will be issued after enrollment
- no refunds will be issued after course login credentials are delivered
- no refunds will be issued after course content has been accessed
This includes but is not limited to:
- Hotshot Startup Masterclass
- Dispatch Masterclass
- Amazon Relay Programs
- Freight Broker Programs
- Compliance Training Programs
- IFTA Programs
- Digital downloads
- Templates
- Guides
- Business resources
Once access is granted, the transaction is considered complete.
2. DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS
All downloadable products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
This includes:
- PDFs
- templates
- checklists
- contracts
- digital guides
- training documents
3. 1-ON-1 COACHING SERVICES
All coaching packages are sold based on reserved time.
Once coaching begins:
- coaching fees become non-refundable
- unused coaching hours expire after 12 months unless otherwise agreed in writing
If a customer misses scheduled coaching calls without notice:
- missed sessions may be forfeited
4. 7-DAY ONSITE BUSINESS ACCELERATION PROGRAM
For all onsite consulting/training services:
Clients may cancel within 3 calendar days of purchase for a full refund.
After 3 calendar days:
- deposits become non-refundable
- scheduling fees become non-refundable
- travel preparation costs become non-refundable
If Truckers Dynasty has already booked:
- flights
- hotels
- staffing
- travel logistics
- operational resources
those costs may be deducted from any approved refund.
If onsite work has already started:
No refunds will be issued.
5. CHARGEBACK POLICY
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these refund terms.
Customers agree to contact TruckersDynasty.org directly before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent chargebacks involving completed services, accessed digital products, or delivered training materials may be disputed using:
- IP logs
- login records
- email confirmations
- signed agreements
- checkout consent records
- service completion documentation
6. PAYMENT PLANS / FINANCING
If using payment financing through providers such as:
Affirm
Published by Stripe, Inc.
customers remain responsible for all payment obligations under their financing agreement.
7. BUSINESS RESULTS DISCLAIMER
TruckersDynasty.org does not guarantee:
- business success
- revenue outcomes
- government approval timelines
- contracts
- profits
- operational performance
Results depend on customer effort, market conditions, compliance status, execution, and outside variables.
8. CHECKBOX CONSENT
Prior to completing checkout, customers must affirmatively agree to these terms by selecting:
“I have read and agree to the Refund Policy, Terms of Service, and understand that digital products are non-refundable once access is granted.”
Failure to read these policies does not invalidate acceptance.
